§ 7-38. Sixth amendment to the downtown development and tax increment financing plan.

(a)

Preliminary findings. It is hereby determined that the sixth amendment to the downtown development and tax increment financing plan (the "plan") constitutes a public purpose, and that approval of the plan was preceded by a public hearing pursuant to notice thereof by publication, posting and mail as required by Act 197, P.A. 1975 (MCL 125.1651 et seq.) as amended.

(b)

Approval of sixth amendment. The city council of the city hereby adopts and approves the sixth amendment to the downtown development and tax increment financing plan of the downtown development authority of the city, effective April 24, 2006.
